With the engine idling and the valve fully opened, turn the steering wheel left or right to the full lock position.
Minimum fluid pressure: 8,336 kPa (85 kgf-cm, 1,209 psi) 

NOTICE:

Do not maintain the lock position for more than 10 seconds.

Do not let the fluid temperature become too high.

k. Disconnect the SST

SST 09640-10010 (09641-01010, 09641-01030, 09641-01060)
1. Connect the pressure feed tube.

m. Install the air cleaner assembly with air cleaner hose.
n. Bleed air from the power steering system.

5. CHECK IDLE-UP

a. Turn air conditioning switch off.

1. Start the engine and run it at idle.
2. Fully turn the steering wheel.
3. Check that the engine speed decrease when the vacuum hose of the air control valve is pinched.
4. Check that the engine speed increase when the hose is released.
