Introduction
Some customers may complain of excessive sulfur odor on 2006 model year Sequoia vehicles under the following conditions:

Stop and go driving

Heavy acceleration
In order to reduce the sulfur odor, new catalytic converter assemblies have been made available. Follow the repair procedure to replace the catalytic
converter assemblies.

Parts Information
* NOTE:
The original part numbers (17410-0F040 and 17450-0F060) are currently used in vehicle production and are still available as service parts. The
repair part numbers (17410-0F080 and 17450-0F110) should only be used when the customer complains of sulfur odor.
