DOOR / HATCH: POWER BACK DOOR TOUCH SENSOR (for RH Side): REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR ROD See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
2. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
4. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
5. REMOVE BACK DOOR STRAP COVER See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
6. REMOVE BACK DOOR PULL STRAP See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
7. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
8. REMOVE BACK DOOR NO. 2 SERVICE HOLE COVER See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
9. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR SENSOR RH

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the 6 screws.
(c) Disengage the 2 clips and remove the power back door sensor.

Installation

DOOR / HATCH: POWER BACK DOOR TOUCH SENSOR (for RH Side): INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL POWER BACK DOOR SENSOR RH

(a) Install the power back door sensor with 2 clips.
(b) Install the 6 screws.
(c) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL BACK DOOR NO. 2 SERVICE HOLE COVER See: Service and Repair/Reassembly
3. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY See: Service and Repair/Reassembly
4. INSTALL BACK DOOR PULL STRAP See: Service and Repair/Reassembly
5. INSTALL BACK DOOR STRAP COVER See: Service and Repair/Reassembly
6. INSTALL BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH See: Service and Repair/Reassembly
7. INSTALL BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH See: Service and Repair/Reassembly
8. INSTALL BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH See: Service and Repair/Reassembly
9. INSTALL POWER BACK DOOR ROD See: Service and Repair/Reassembly
