DOOR LOCK: BACK DOOR LOCK: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR ROD (w/ Power Back Door) See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
2. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
4. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
5. REMOVE BACK DOOR STRAP COVER See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
6. REMOVE BACK DOOR PULL STRAP See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
7. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
8. REMOVE BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER See: Service and Repair/Disassembly
9. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK PROTECTOR See: Service and Repair/Disassembly

10. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK (w/o Power Back Door)

(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Disengage the clamp.
(c) Remove the 3 bolts and back door lock.

11. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK (w/ Power Back Door)

(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Disengage the clamp.
(c) Remove the 4 bolts and back door lock.
