DOOR / HATCH: POWER BACK DOOR TOUCH SENSOR (for LH Side): REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR ROD See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Disassembly
2. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Disassembly
3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Disassembly
4. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Disassembly
5. REMOVE BACK DOOR STRAP COVER See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Disassembly
6. REMOVE BACK DOOR PULL STRAP See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Disassembly
7. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Disassembly
8. REMOVE BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Disassembly
9. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR SENSOR LH

(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the 6 screws.
(c) Disengage the 2 clips and remove the power back door sensor assembly.

Installation

DOOR / HATCH: POWER BACK DOOR TOUCH SENSOR (for LH Side): INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL POWER BACK DOOR SENSOR LH

(a) Install the power back door sensor with the 2 clips and 6 screws.
(b) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Reassembly
3. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Reassembly
4. INSTALL BACK DOOR PULL STRAP See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Reassembly
5. INSTALL BACK DOOR STRAP COVER See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Reassembly
6. INSTALL BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Reassembly
7. INSTALL BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Service and Repair/Reassembly
