SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

1. LIN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

The LIN communication system is used for communication between the components listed below. Each part of the LIN communication system has
a component as a control master.
(a) Window, Back Door and Sliding Roof Components that Use LIN Communication Bus:

(1) Main Body ECU (Cowl Side Junction Block LH)*
(2) Power Window Regulator Master Switch Assembly
(3) Front Power Window Regulator Motor Assembly LH
(4) Front Power Window Regulator Motor Assembly RH
(5) Sliding Roof Drive Gear Sub-Assembly
(6) Back Door ECU

2. LIN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM DTC

The control master components shown below store LIN communication system DTCs when there is a malfunction in the LIN communication. If
LIN communication stops, the control master of that part of the LIN communication system stores DTCs.
