Removal

3UR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: IGNITION COIL AND SPARK PLUG: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake Manifold/Service and Repair/Removal
2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake Manifold/Service and Repair/Removal
3. REMOVE IGNITION COIL ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the 8 ignition coil connectors.
(b) Remove the 8 bolts and 8 ignition coils.

4. REMOVE SPARK PLUG

(a) Using a 16 mm plug wrench, remove the 8 spark plugs.
