When installing the occupant classification ECU, make sure that the SRS wiring does not interfere with other parts and that it is not
pinched between other parts.

When replacing the occupant classification ECU, replace the bolt with a new one.

3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (for Manual Seat)

(a) Install the front seat assembly RH See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Front Seat Assembly (for Manual Seat)/Installation.

4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (for Power Seat)

(a) Install the front seat assembly RH See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Front Seat Assembly (for Power Seat)/Installation.

5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTE:  When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected  See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning.

Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

6. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT  See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic
