(a) Put matchmarks on the No. 1 rear suspension arm and adjust cam.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts and nut.
(c) Using a plastic-faced hammer, tap out the front drive shaft from the rear axle carrier sub-assembly LH.

NOTE:  Be careful not to damage the drive shaft boot.

9. REMOVE REAR AXLE CARRIER LH

(a) Remove the 4 bolts and axle hub and bearing from the rear axle carrier.

(b) Remove the O-ring from rear axle hub.

10. REMOVE REAR AXLE HUB DUST SEAL LH

(a) Using a screwdriver and hammer, remove the bearing dust deflector from the rear axle carrier.
