TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING: TIRE PRESSURE WARNING VALVE: DISPOSAL

DISPOSAL

HINT:  The tire pressure warning valve and transmitter is powered by a lithium battery. When disposing of the tire pressure warning valve and
transmitter, remove the battery and dispose of it correctly.

1. DISPOSE OF TIRE PRESSURE WARNING VALVE AND TRANSMITTER

(a) Pry off the back cover with a screwdriver to remove it.

(b) The battery and base board are exposed. While taking out the battery, cut off the 2 terminals which connect the battery and base board.
