(a) Using SST, install the washer and bearing (outer race).

SST: 09218-56030
SST: 09951-01100

HINT:  First, fit a washer of the same thickness as the removed washer, and then after checking the tooth contact pattern, replace the washer
with one of a different thickness if necessary.

7. INSTALL REAR DIFFERENTIAL CARRIER COVER BREATHER PLUG

(a) Install the rear differential carrier cover breather plug with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 17 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf)

8. INSTALL REAR DRIVE PINION REAR TAPERED ROLLER BEARING

(a) Using SST and a press, press in the bearing (inner race).

SST: 09502-24010
SST: 09308-14010

9. TEMPORARILY INSTALL DIFFERENTIAL DRIVE PINION

(a) Install the differential drive pinion.
