(a) Using a chisel and hammer, stake the nut.

38. INSTALL REAR DIFFERENTIAL SIDE GEAR SHAFT OIL SEAL

(a) Apply MP grease to 2 new oil seals.
(b) Using SST and a hammer, tap in the 2 oil seals.

NOTE:  Make sure that the oil seal are installed in the proper locations.

Standard oil seal depth:
-0.50 to 0.50 mm (-0.0197 to 0.0197 in.)
