Rear Door Window Regulator: Service and Repair
Installation

WINDOW / GLASS: POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Apply MP grease to the sliding and rotating areas of the regulator motor.
(b) Using "TORX" socket wrench T25, install the power window regulator motor assembly with the 3 screws.

Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Service

and Repair/Reassembly

3. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Service and

Repair/Reassembly

4. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW FRONT GUIDE SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Service

and Repair/Reassembly

5. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW REAR LOWER FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear

Door/Service and Repair/Reassembly

6. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS RUN See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Service and Repair/Reassembly
7. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS OUTER WEATHERSTRIP

HINT:  Use the same procedure as for the LH side  .

8. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW FRAME REAR MOULDING

HINT:  Use the same procedure as for the LH side  .

9. INSTALL REAR DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Service and

Repair/Reassembly

10. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM NO. 2 BRACKET See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Service and

Repair/Reassembly

11. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Service and

Repair/Reassembly

12. INSTALL REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Service and

Repair/Reassembly

13. INSTALL REAR DOOR ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Service and

Repair/Reassembly

14. INSTALL REAR DOOR FRAME GARNISH See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Service and Repair/Reassembly
15. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Apply MP grease to the sliding and rotating areas of the regulator motor.
(b) Using "TORX" socket wrench T25, install the front power window regulator motor assembly with the 3 screws.

Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
