Exhaust Manifold: Specifications
INSTALL EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSY RH (2WD DRIVE TYPE)
Install a new gasket and the exhaust manifold RH with the 6 nuts. Using several steps, tighten the nuts uniformly in the sequence shown in the
illustration.
Torque ....................................................................................................................................................................... 49 Nm (500 kgf-cm, 36 ft. lbs.)
Retighten nut 1 and 2 shown in the illustration.
INSTALL EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSY (4WD DRIVE TYPE)
Install a new gasket and the exhaust manifold RH with the 6 nuts. Using several steps, tighten the nuts uniformly in the sequence shown in the
illustration.
Torque ........................................................................................................................................................................ 49 Nm (500 kgf-cm, 36 ft. lbs.)
INSTALL EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSY NO.2
Install a new gasket and the exhaust manifold converter No.2 with the 6 nuts and bolt. Using several steps, tighten the nuts uniformly in the sequence
shown in the illustration.
Torque ....................................................................................................................................................................... 49 Nm (500 kgf-cm, 36 ft. lbs.)
Retighten nut 1 and 2 shown in the illustration.
