3. Remove rear door trim board sub-assembly.

A. Remove the screw.

B. Using the plastic pry tool disengage the 9 clips and remove the trim board.

NOTE

In order to prevent the door panel from being damaged, cover the areas with protective tape as indicated by arrow marks in the illustration.

4. Remove and replace the window regulator bolts from the regulator and replace with the NEW parts.

Remove/replace bolts one at a time and then torque each bolt. 

Torque: 7 N*m (71 kgf*cm, 62 in*lbf)

5. Assemble the door panel and components in the reverse order of disassembly.

Introduction
Some 2007 model year Sienna customers may complain of a rattle/noise or inoperative windows due to loose or missing window regulator bolts. This
condition can occur on both front doors as well as both sliding doors. New window regulator bolts are available to correct these conditions.
