Remove rear door trim board sub-assembly.

A.

Remove the screw.

B.

Using the plastic pry tool disengage, the 9 clips and remove the trim board.

NOTE:

In order to prevent the door panel from being damaged, cover the areas with protective tape as indicated by arrow marks in the illustration.

Remove and replace the window regulator bolts.

A.

Remove the bolts from the regulator and replace with the NEW parts.

NOTE:

Remove/replace bolts one at a time and then torque each bolt to 7 N.m (71 kgf.cm, 62 in.lb).

5.

Assemble the door panel and components in the reverse order of disassembly.
