Fuel Gauge Sender: Testing and Inspection
FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY
INSPECTION
1. INSPECT FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector from the fuel sender gauge.
b. Check that the float moves smoothly between F and E.
c. Measure the resistance between terminals 1 and 2 of the connector according to the value(s) in the table.
HINT: If the value is not as specified, replace the fuel sender gauge assembly.
