Repair Procedure No. 1
NOTE:
BEFORE performing Repair Procedure No. 1, ensure that the VIN falls BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs listed for Repair Procedure
No. 1 in the Production Change Information table in this TSB.
1.
Using TIS Techstream, confirm the condition by checking DTCs C2121 - C2124. System Select/Tire Pressure Monitor/Trouble Codes

If one or more DTCs C2121 - C2124 are present, go to step 2.

If other DTCs are present, refer to the Technical Information System (TIS), 2007 model year Sienna Repair Manual, Suspension - Tire
Pressure Monitoring - "Tire And Wheel: Tire Pressure Warning System: Diagnostic Trouble Code Chart".
2.
Remove and replace the Tire Pressure Warning System Receiver/Antenna and ECU Assemblies (replace with NEW P/N 89760-08010 &
89769-08011).
Before removing the ECU, record all four Tire Pressure Warning Valve/Sensor ID numbers from the Tire Pressure Warning System ECU Data
List using TIS Techstream.
Refer to TIS, 2007 model year Sienna Repair Manual:

Suspension - Tire Pressure Monitoring - "Tire And Wheel: Tire Pressure Warning ECU: Installation"
3.
Re-initialize any affected power systems.
Refer to TSB No. PD010-07, Power System Initialization During PDS".
4.
Road test the vehicle for 20 minutes above 5 mph (8 km/h) to confirm that the Tire Pressure Warning Light does NOT come "ON". If the Tire
Pressure Warning Light does come "ON" after 20 minutes of driving, repeat step 1.
NOTE:
If one or more DTCs C2121 - C2124 (Tire Pressure Warning Valve/Sensor ID Numbers Not Found) are stored in the ECU after replacing the
Tire Pressure Warning System Receiver/Antenna and ECU Assembly, make sure that the tire pressure warning valve/sensor ID number(s)
