3rd Row Power Seat Will Not Return From Stowed Position Properly

Applicability

Introduction

Some 2011 Sienna vehicles may exhibit a condition where the legs of the 3rd row power seat may overextend the strikers in the floor of the vehicle when
moving the seat from the stowed position to the upright position. This can cause the power stow/latch function to become inoperative. Follow the
procedure in this bulletin to adjust the seat legs and restore proper operation.

This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first,
from the vehicle's in-service date.
