Introduction
Some Sienna customers may find that the front door rattles upon closing. The front door cushions may have come loose and/or fallen off the door. A
field fix has been developed to remedy loose door cushions.
Applicable Vehicles

1998 through 2000 Sienna vehicles.
Production Change Information
The cushion mounting hole size has changed from 10 mm to 9 mm to allow better Change retention of the cushion, beginning with the following VIN
number:

Repair Procedure:
1.
Apply 3M Super Weather Adhesive to new cushions (Part No.90541-09006).
2.
Firmly insert the cushions into the holes on the door, as shown in the illustration.
