Repair Procedure

1.

Follow repair manual diagnostics for applicable DTC (P0010 or P0020). Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS) 2004 model year Solara
Repair Manual: Diagnostics: SFI system: P0010 or P0020.

2.

If circuit tests OK per repair manual - replace the ECM (PCM).

NOTE:

Following ECM (PCM) replacement, the vehicle will not start until the ECM (PCM) Communication ID Registration is completed. To register
the ECM (PCM) Communication ID, refer to the Technical Information System (TIS) 2004 model year
