a. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 7 clips and remove the rear floor finish plate.

3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRAY ASSEMBLY

a. Remove the bolt and tray.

4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER INNER LH

a. Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips and cover.

5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

a. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 3 clips and remove the plate.

HINT:  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

6. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

a. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 3 clips and remove the trim.

HINT:  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

7. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY
8. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM PANEL LOWER LH
9. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR LOCK OPEN BEZEL

a. Pull up at the rear edge of the bezel to disengage the clip (*1).
b. Slide the bezel rearward to disengage the claw (*2).
c. The clip mentioned in step (*1) will remain in the opener.

Remove the slip and reattach it to the bezel.

10. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
