3. REMOVE TRANSVERSE ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR (AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE)

(a)

Remove the 3 nuts and transverse engine mounting insulator.

4. REMOVE TRANSVERSE ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR (MANUAL TRANSAXLE)

(a)

Remove the 3 nuts and transverse engine mounting insulator.

(b) Remove the 4 bolts and bracket from the manual transmission.

5. REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION NO.1 LOWER ARM SUBASSEMBLY

(a)

Remove the 2 bolts on the front side of the front suspension arm subassembly lower No. 1 LH.

(b) Remove the bolt and nut on the rear side of the front suspension arm subassembly lower No. 1 LH.
(c)

Remove the front suspension arm subassembly lower No. 1 LH.

(d) Remove the front lower arm bush stopper from the front suspension arm subassembly lower No. 1 LH.

INSTALLATION 

1. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION NO.1 LOWER ARM SUBASSEMBLY

(a)

Install the front lower arm bush stopper to the front suspension arm subassembly lower No. 1 LH.

(b) Install the 2 bolts on the front side of the front suspension arm subassembly lower No. 1 LH.

Torque: 200 Nm (2,040 kgf-cm, 148 ft. lbs.) 

(c)

Install the bolt and nut on the rear side of the front suspension arm subassembly lower No. 1 LH.
Torque: 206 Nm (2,100 kgf-cm, 152 ft. lbs.)
