Clutch Fluid Accumulator: Service and Repair

CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR 

COMPONENTS

REMOVAL 

1. DISCONNECT CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE

(a)

Remove the bolt and tube clamp bracket.

(b) Using SST, disconnect the 3 flexible hose tubes.

SST 09023-00101

HINT:  Use a container to catch the fluid.

2. REMOVE CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY

(a)

Remove the bolt, 2 nuts and clutch accumulator assembly.
