COMPONENTS (Part 3)

REMOVAL 

1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUBASSEMBLY W/PASSENGER AIR BAG ASSEMBLY

Observe Restaint Systems; Service Precautions.

2. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
3. REMOVE AIR BAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY CENTER
4. REMOVE FLOOR SHIFT CABLE TRANSMISSION CONTROL SHIFT

(a)

Remove the clip and washer and separate the top of the shift cable from the transaxle.

(b) Remove the clip and shift cable from the control cable bracket.
(c)

Turn the lock and separate the shift cable from the shift lever retainer.

(d) Remove the clip and separate the top of the shift cable from the shift lever assembly.
