Tire Pressure Monitor Receiver / Transponder: Service and Repair
Removal

TIRE AND WHEEL: TIRE PRESSURE WARNING RECEIVER (w/ Antenna):

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected  (See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization).

2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (for Coupe) (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and

Repair/Removal)

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY (for Coupe) (See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear

Seat Assembly/Removal)

4. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY (for Convertible)

6. REMOVE FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH (for Coupe)

9. REMOVE NO. 1 CUP HOLDER (for Convertible)

11. REMOVE INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH (for Coupe) (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and

12. REMOVE UPPER QUARTER TRIM PANEL LH (for Coupe)

(a) Remove the upper quarter trim panel LH.
