Tire Pressure Warning Reset Switch: Service and Repair
Removal
TIRE AND WHEEL: TIRE PRESSURE WARNING RESET SWITCH:
REMOVAL
1. DISCONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization).
2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (for Coupe) (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and
Repair/Removal)
3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH (for Convertible) (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and
Repair/Removal)
4. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Coupe) (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and
Repair/Removal)
5. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Convertible) (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and

7. REMOVE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING RESET SWITCH
(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the tire pressure warning reset switch from the lower instrument panel sub-assembly.
