Remove clamps and screws, then the lower case.

Remove upper case.

Remove heat insulator and clamp from outlet tube.

13.

Disconnect liquid line tube from expansion valve inlet fitting.

14.

Disconnect expansion valve from inlet fitting of evaporator.

15.

If necessary, remove pressure switch.

16.

Reverse procedure to install, then evacuate and recharge system and check for leaks. If evaporator is replaced, add 1.4 to 1.7 oz. of new refrigerant
oil to compressor.
