A brushing/scraping noise coming from horn contact plate (P/N 84315-14040) when the steering wheel is turned left or right.

HORN CONTACT PLATE

CORRECTION:

To reduce possible brushing/scraping noise, the horn contact plate case material has been changed to a softer material and grease applied to the contact
points.
