3. INSPECT CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE OPERATION
Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and negative (-) lead to terminal 2, and check the movement of the valve.
If operation is not as specified, replace the valve.
4. REINSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE
(a) Install a new O-ring to the oil control valve.
(b) Install the oil control valve with the bolt.
Torque: 8.0 N.m (80 kgf.cm, 71 in. lbf)
(c) Connect the oil control valve connector.
5. REINSTALL NO.3 TIMING BELT COVER
Torque: 8.0 N.m (80 kgf.cm, 71 in. lbf)
