Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair
1. REMOVE CONVERTER.

Jack up the vehicle.

Check that the converter is cool.

Remove the bolts at the front and rear of the converter.

Remove the converter and gasket.
2. INSTALL CONVERTER.
-
Place new gaskets on the converter front and rea pipes, and connect the converter to the exhaust pipe
-
Torque the bolts.
Torque: 39 Nm (29 ft lb)
