The ECU mounting brackets should be placed next to the floor molding protrusion, as shown in "Figure C".

STEP FOUR 

NOTE:

Before placing the butyl tape in position, be certain to clean the surfaces that the butyl tape is to be applied to.

1)

Attach one side of the butyl tape to the back side of the ECU mounting bracket, as shown in "Figure D".

2)

Peel the remaining cover off the butyl tape and affix the ECU mounting bracket to the vehicle's floor at the position marked in STEP THREE (See
"Figure C")

STEP FIVE

1)

Attach the two pieces of hook & loop fastener to the back side of the ECU. (See Figure E)

2)

Mount the ECU onto its bracket.

STEP SIX

1)

Connect 26P TVSS ECU connector to the TVSS ECU.

2)

Test all functions of the TVSS.
