at 40°C (104°F):    0.9 - 1.3 k ohms
at 60°C (104°F):    0.4 - 0.7 k ohms 

Between terminals VS and E2

measuring plate fully closed:    200 - 600 ohms
measuring plate fully open:    20 - 1200 ohms 

2. If not within specifications, replace Volume Air Flow Meter.

NOTE: Resistance between terminals E2 and VS will change in a wave pattern as the measuring plate slowly opens.
