Fuel Injector: Service and Repair
Removal
1. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE.
2. REMOVE INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR.
-
Drain engine coolant.
-
Disconnect these cables:
-
Cruise control actuator cable (if equipped)
-
Accelerator cable
-
With A/T: Throttle cable
-
Remove EGR pipe (if equipped).
-
Remove intake chamber stay.
-
Remove air intake chamber assembly.
-
Remove intake air connector.
