3.

Remove tool covers under rear jump seats to access # 3 cab mounting bolts.

4.

Remove locking nuts from # 2 and # 3 cab mounting bolts using 14 mm socket.

Note:

This procedure does not require loosening or removal of No.1 cab mount components.

Remove # 2 and # 3 cab mounting bolts.

6.

With vehicle on ground, use hoist to lift left & right rear corners of cab (supporting at pinch welds) above chassis a maximum of 2". This allows
access to two bolts attaching # 3 cab mounts to frame brackets.

7.

Remove frame bracket bolts for # 3 cab mounts.

8.

Remove original # 3 cab mounts and install countermeasure parts. Reinstall frame bracket bolts. Torque bolts to 46 ft.-lbs.

9.

Lower cab to original position and reinstall # 2 & # 3 cab mounting bolts.

10.

Install new locking nuts on # 2 & # 3 cab mounting bolts. Torque nuts to 35 ft.-lbs.

Note:

Locking nuts are non-reusable parts and must be replaced with new parts.

11.

Restore carpet to original position and reinstall kick panels & scuff plates.
