Component Test

INSPECTION

If, after performing individual component tests, it is determined that problem(s) may exist in the Engine Control Module (ECM), it will be
necessary to substitute a known good ECM and retest as needed.

ECM Power Source Circuit

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION 

When the ignition switch is turned ON, battery positive voltage is applied to the coil, closing the contacts of the EFI main relay and supplying
power to the terminal +B of the ECM.
