Impact Sensor: Service and Repair
1. Disarm SRS as outlined under Air Bag System Disarming and Arming.
2. Remove lower center cover and anti-lock brake system (ABS) electrical control unit (ECU), Fig. 68.

3. Remove air bag sensor assembly electrical connector.
4. Remove air bag sensor assembly mounting screws with suitable Torx wrench and assembly.
5. Reverse procedure to install and tighten mounting screws to specifications.
