4. CHECK BATTERY TERMINALS, FUSIBLE LINK AND FUSES
a. Check that the battery terminals are not loose or corroded.
If the terminals are corroded, clean the terminals.
b. Check the H-fuse, M-fuses and fuses for continuity.
