The rear EPT foam should be wrapped behind the belt molding, as shown in the illustration.

Install the NEW front door glass sub-assembly.

A.

Insert the front door glass sub-assembly LH into the door panel along the glass run, as indicated by the arrow marks in the illustration.

B.

Install the front door glass sub-assembly LH into the front door window regulator sub-assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf.cm, 71 in.lbf)

C.

Check the operation of the power window.

NOTE:

Manually adjust the regulator position if the glass sub-assembly is not in its proper location.

D.

Connect the power window switch to the wire harness and turn the ignition switch to ON.

E.

Repeat UP and DOWN operations several times manually.
