Applicability

Introduction

Some 2005 - 2010 model year Tacoma vehicles may exhibit a condition where the interior carpet has become wet or water is found in the interior due to
water draining into the cabin from the rear window. This can occur in heavy rain or a car wash if the rear window molding seal is covering the rear cab
drain vents allowing water to enter the vehicle. Use the following repair information to correct this condition.

This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first,
from the vehicle's in-service date.
