NOTE

The large side of the foam should face the bulkhead of the vehicle.

12. Install the long piece of foam onto the HVAC Blower housing. Use the profile of the foam to correctly install the foam on the housing.

A. Remove the backing in the area shown between the dotted lines.

The piece of the foam marked with dotted lines should be applied to the center of the HVAC Blower Housing.

B. Install the foam to the center of the HVAC assembly.

C. Slowly remove the LH side foam backing and simultaneously press the foam around the profile of the HVAC assembly.

D. Repeat the procedure in the previous step for the RH side.

13. Modify the wire harness if needed.
