Audible Warning Device: Testing and Inspection
INSPECT KEY UNLOCK WARNING OPERATION
1. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 12.
2. Connect the negative (-) lead from the battery to terminals 5, 7 and 10.
3. Check the chime sounds.
4. Disconnect the negative (-) lead from the battery to terminal 10.
5. Check that the chime stops sounding.
6. Connect the negative (-) lead from the battery to terminal 10.
7. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 6.
8. Check that the chime stops sounding.
If operation is not as specified, replace the relay.
