Parts Identification
For parts before the production change, the circular machining marks can be felt by scraping a fingernail across the pressure feed hose banjo fitting.
Machining marks cannot be felt on the new parts. There is no other identification method to distinguish old style service parts from new ones.
Repair Procedure
Replace Power Steering pressure feed hose and (2) gaskets with new parts.
Recommended repair torque: 40 f-lbs (54 N-m, 550 kgf-cm).
