Introduction 

Some 2005 - 2006 model year Tacoma vehicles may have front or rear window runs that are deformed due to missing window run clips. The window run
clips are now available as separate service parts. Please use the following repair procedures to correct this condition.

Warranty Information

Applicable Warranty:

This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from
the vehicle's in-service date.

* Warranty application is limited to correction of a problem based upon a customer's specific complaint.

Repair Procedure

For Front and Rear Window Run Clips:

1.

Pull down the window run from the top of the door frame.

2.

Visually inspect the door frame for the window run clips.
