Power Door Lock Relay: Testing and Inspection
Integration Relay Inspection
INSPECT INTEGRATION RELAY OPERATION
Key-Off Power Window Signal:
HINT: When the relay circuit is as specified, inspect the key-off power window signal.
1. Connect the connector to the relay.
2. Connect the positive (+) lead from the voltmeter to terminal 5 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 11.
3. Close the door with ignition switch turned to LOCK or ACC, check that the meter needle indicates battery positive voltage.
4. Open the door. check that the meter needle indicates 0.0V.
5. Turn the ignition switch ON, check that the meter needle indicate battery positive voltage again.
If operation is not as specified, replace the relay.
