Brake Caliper: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation
Front Brake Components (4WD)
REMOVAL
1. Remove front wheel.
2. Disconnect flexible hose.
Remove the union bolt and 2 gaskets from the caliper, then disconnect the flexible hose from the caliper.
Torque: 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)
CAUTION: Install the flexible hose lock securely in the lock hole in the caliper.
3. Remove caliper.
