Alignment: Service and Repair
Preliminary Check

Inspect the following prior to adjusting wheel alignment.

1.

Check tires for wear and proper inflation.

2.

Check wheel runout, .047 inch should be indicated.

3.

Check front wheel bearings, front suspension, steering linkage and ball joints for wear or looseness.

4.

Ensure front shock absorbers are functioning properly.
