Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair

1. Remove engine under covers.
2. Drain engine coolant.
3. Remove air intake connector.
4. Remove reservoir tank assembly.
5. Remove No. 1 cooling fan from left hand side of engine compartment as follows:

a. Disconnect upper radiator hose from radiator.
b. Disconnect cooling fan connector.
c. Remove two bolts and cooling fan.

6. Remove No. 2 cooling fan from right hand side of engine compartment as follows:

a. Disconnect cooling fan connector.
b. Remove three bolts and cooling fan.

7. Remove fan attaching nut from No. 1 fan and three attaching screws from No. 2 fan and remove fan blades.
8. Remove three fan motor to fan shroud attaching bolts and motor.
9. Reverse procedure to install.
