Blower Motor: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COOLING UNIT
2. REMOVE BLOWER UNIT

a. Double cab: Remove the 2 screws and motor cover.
b. Disconnect the connector from the blower motor.
c. Disconnect the air inlet damper control cable from the blower unit.

HINT:  At the time of installation, please refer to the following item.
After connection, adjust the control cable.

d. Remove the nut, bolt and blower unit.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
