On-Vehicle Inspection

AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (Center Cluster Integration)
ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION 

1. REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER INTEGRATION PANEL
2. Access cab, Standard cab: INSPECT A/C CONTROL ASSEMBLY CIRCUIT

(a) Disconnect the connector from the A/C control assembly and inspect the connector on the wire harness side, as shown in the chart below.

Test condition: Turn ignition switch to ON

If circuit is as specified, try replacing the amplifier with a new one. If the circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other
parts.

(b) Connect the connector to A/C control assembly and inspect wire harness side from the back side, as shown in the chart below.

Test condition:

Run engine at idle speed

-

Set on manifold gauge set
